Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a paint, by mixing a vinyl acetate solution, a surface active agent, and a water-base paint. CONSTITUTION:This paint is made by mixing a vinyl acetate solution as a peeling solvent, a surface active agent as a thickening agent, and a water-base paint having various colors. Therefore, it gives a peelable film, is moderately viscous, and does not cause phase separation in a container. When used on a display board or for window display, which requires frequent rewriting, letters, picture patterns etc., can be drawn always on a new surface since the applied paint is easy to peel off. Accordingly, it is most suitable as a paint for display. In addition, this paint can be peeled off as it is when applied to a coat of an appropriate thickness. Therefore, it is suitable for use as stationery for children to learn therewith with which characters writen in hiragana, kanji, English, etc., can be peeled off for repeated practice. It is also suitable for use as a playing implement with which an animal, a vehicle, etc., are drawn and peeled off for playing with it in their hands or sticking it again for use as seal.

(Conventional technology) Conventionally, paints have been classified into many types based on differences in raw materials, performance of the coating film, and usage. Paints that can be peeled off from the applied surface have been developed. In addition, inks that are easy to erase are also available on the market, and by erasing the written characters using a special ink eraser and writing new characters in that area, it is possible to write in the same place again. There are some things.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, the removable paint has a strong odor depending on its blending amount, has low viscosity, and is easily separated when left standing. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a paint that is extremely easy to handle without separating its components.

The removable paint of the present invention contains approximately 60% vinyl acetate solution (removable solvent) and approximately 1% surfactant (trade name Bislan A).

Produced as a blending ratio of %. Surfactants are mainly used as cleaning agents, but they are also highly useful as emulsifying and solubilizing agents, and by suppressing separation, the paint can always be maintained in a uniform state. Therefore, it is best to use the coated surface of the material (glass, plastic, metal, tile, wood treated with oil-based paint, oil paper, PVC, acrylic, rubber, etc., but do not use materials with rough or fine irregularities. ) with various colored paints to draw arbitrary letters or designs. In this case, if the paint has the above-mentioned composition, it can be used as is or diluted with a small amount of water to form a coating film of an appropriate thickness. After a certain period of time has passed (when the paint has been applied and dried), the paint and the applied surface are in an adsorbed state, so if you pull up one end of the dried paint with your finger, it will peel off easily, leaving all the paint in its applied state. By peeling it off, no residue remains on the coated surface and the same condition as before coating can be provided.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the present invention, even when used for display boards and window displays that require frequent rewriting,
Since the applied paint can be easily peeled off, letters, patterns, etc. are always drawn on a new surface, making it ideal as a display paint. Furthermore, if this paint is applied to an appropriate thickness, it can be peeled off in its original shape, so it can also be used as learning stationery for children, such as by peeling off items with hiragana, kanji, or English letters written on them for repeated practice. It can also be used as a toy toy by drawing animals, vehicles, etc. on it, peeling it off, holding it in your hand and playing with it, or pasting it on again to use it as a sticker.
