Traditionally, dial patterns have been created using metal brushes, by spraying fine abrasive grains to create a satin finish, by cutting with a cutting tool, and by rotating a whetstone to create dental patterns. And so on. However, it has drawbacks such as restrictions on the types of patterns, a large amount of time required for mass production, and limited quantities for mass production. In addition, stamped pattern dial plates are made by processing patterns on carbon steel such as tool steel or alloy tool steel and heat treating them to a hardness of about Hv700. It was manufactured by press molding and transferring the pattern. Pattern processing methods include furore pattern using florebite, cut pattern using mailer cut machine, spin pattern,
There are dental patterns created by grinding stones, etching patterns created by etching, etc. However, because the patterns are processed into steel, delicate patterns cannot be processed. Furthermore, patterns on natural leather, trees, Japanese paper, etc. could not be processed into molds. To achieve these goals, electroforming has made it possible to process delicate patterns and patterns from the natural world into stamped patterns without letters. This electroforming pattern pattern is obtained by Nikkuru electroforming, which produces precipitated metal with a hardness of about Hv500 to 600, but the pattern pattern using conventional heat-treated steel materials has a hardness of about Hv700. Press molding using a mold has the disadvantage that the pattern wears out and the mold life is short. In addition, mechanical properties such as pile tension are inferior to steel patterns, so even if delicate patterns can be fabricated, it is not possible to apply a load that will transfer the pattern 100%. Currently, if a load of about 100 kg/ mm2 is applied, the mold will break or cave in, so press molding is performed at a low load, but the transfer rate of the pattern is 60 to 70.
%, which does not fully utilize the advantages of electroforming pattern molding.

The present invention improves the above-mentioned drawbacks and provides a method for manufacturing an electroformed stamping pattern die for manufacturing a high value-added dial plate having a delicate stamping pattern.

Figures 1 and 2 show the process of producing an electroforming mother mold. Figure 1 shows the development of a nonconductor pattern, and a glass ring is placed on a material 1 such as paper, leather, or gold leaf fabric. 2, and seal the gap between glass ring 2 and material 1 with clay 3. The reason for the viscosity of 3 is to prevent the curable resin 4 from flowing out from the gap when the curable resin 4 is poured. Next, a curable resin 4 is poured into the glass ring 2 to form a pattern. Next, as shown in FIG. 2, a conductive layer 6 is formed by vapor deposition or the like in order to make the patterned resin surface conductive, thereby producing an electroforming master mold 5. Next, FIG. 3 shows the process of manufacturing the electroforming pattern die 8, and the composition of the hard electroforming mold bath and the electroforming conditions are as follows.

The relationship between the amount of disulfonate (disodium disulfonate) and hardness is shown in FIG. According to experimental data, adding more than gram of additive has little effect on hardness, and on the contrary, internal stress increases, causing warpage in the deposited metal and deterioration of mechanical properties, resulting in poor conditions.
