Abstract

PURPOSE:To charge a talking fee in remote communication on a called party by providing a prescribed function to each transfer equipment between a caller and the called party. CONSTITUTION:A transfer equipment C sends a selection signal to a transfer equipment D by the dialing of the caller A and prescribed time of calling is applied, the dialing to the device D is stopped and the transfer equipment is restored. The incoming line of the equipment D is called, the equipment D is started and the connection to the called party B registered alreadly is applied by using a line accommodated in the equipment D and the response of the called party B is identified by the equipment D and the incoming line of the equipment D is used to apply connection to the line of the equipment C. In reaching the dial line, the equipment C makes the caller A response state and sets a line with the called party B via the equipment C, D and brings the talking fee relating to the called party B at remote location into a charge relating to the device D and the caller A charges the talking fee up to the device C only.

[Claims] Using a communication line, a calling party (A) can call a remote called party (A).
In order to make the called party (B) bear the cost of the communication, the calling party (A) has an automatic communication forwarding service installed in advance in an area close to the calling party (A). The transfer device (C) is activated by sending a selection signal for the other party's connection to the incoming line of the device (hereinafter referred to as the transfer device) (C) that has the function alone or as an additional function and calls it. Transfer device installed in a remote location (D
), the automatic selection signal sending function built into the transfer device (C) operates and the transfer device (C) is transferred using a different outgoing line from the incoming line that was called to activate the transfer device (C). The transfer device (C) that calls the device (D) is a transfer device (C) that, after sending a selection signal to the transfer device (D) and continues calling for a certain period of time, stops the calling operation to the transfer device (D) and recovers. When the incoming line of D) is called, the transfer device (D) is activated and uses the outgoing line accommodated in the transfer device (D) to connect to the already registered called party (B). and the called party (B) is connected.
When the transfer device (D) identifies the response, it immediately uses the incoming line of the transfer device (D) to connect to the outgoing line of the transfer device (C). [The incoming line of the transfer device (D) is It has already returned to the normal state due to the suspension of the transmission operation from the transfer device (C). The same applies to the outgoing line of the transfer device (C). In this case, the transfer device (D) is connected to the transfer device (C).
Whether the connection to the called party (B) is made before the called party (B) or at the same time is determined by quantity conditions. ] The transfer device (C) puts the calling party (A) into an answering state only when an incoming call is connected to the originating line, and also transfers the transfer device (C) and the transfer device between it and the called party (B). By setting up a line via (D), the remote called party (B)
), the calling party (A) can communicate with a remote location by paying only the communication fee up to the transfer device (C), while the communication fee related to the transfer device (D) is a burden related to the affiliation of the transfer device (D).
