DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention aims to improve paper moldings, which are widely used, by using a cured resin and strong fibers to compensate for the disadvantage that paper moldings are weak against water and lose support. This relates to the manufacturing method.

Conventionally, cardboard and honeycomb-shaped paper moldings have a three-dimensional structure that provides support, and have been used for everything from containers to packing tools and building springs, but when they get wet, they become weak and lose their support all at once. It had a fatal flaw.As a countermeasure, some systems reinforced it by infiltrating the spring pin.
There were some products with synthetic resin pasted on the surface, but I couldn't find anything on the market that reinforced the inside of the paper molding.

Therefore, the present application aims to provide the market with easy and durable paper moldings by simply dipping or spraying a cured resin into the interior of the paper moldings, and then laminating a thin layer of tough fibers on the surface. That's right.

The processing process depends on the quality of the paper, but if it is easily permeable, it may be possible to spray a hardened resin, or dipping may be required. For thick corrugates such as honeycomb, if the internal space is large, corrugate structure is used. It is economical to blow resin into the resin.Furthermore, reinforcing fibers 3 are laminated thinly to the resin surface to be applied to the surface. In the case of the above structure in which a small amount of resin is also sprayed onto the bonded fibers to give a smooth finish, the cured resin 2 is simply dipped or sprayed onto the paper molding 1 to allow it to penetrate into the paper quality. The paper's flaws have been eliminated and the surface has been significantly reinforced by laminating a thin layer of fiber 3, and its supporting capacity has been improved several times.
According to JIS-691, which indicates the degree of reinforcement, the cardboard of the present invention can be used as a packing tool with a rating of 3 to 5.
It can withstand transporting twice the weight, especially when exposed to water, and can be used semi-permanently.
Moreover, it has a wonderful economical effect. Also, the thick honeycomb structure is widely used as the plywood inner core of wall-mounted desks. In particular, by hardening and reinforcing the present invention, the applications for various panels can be expanded infinitely. Even if it is a practical invention that has a
