【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は広範囲に利用されている紙成形物が水濡に弱
く支持力も失なう欠点を硬化樹脂と強靭な繊維にて補わ
んとする紙成形物の改良とその製造方法に係わるもので

の対策として一部にはバラピンを浸透させ補強したシ

上記構成のものにあっては紙成形物1に硬化樹脂2を簡
単なディッピングまたは吹つけして紙質に浸透させたこ
とにより 紙の欠点を抹消し更に表面を繊維3で薄く貼
合によシ著しく補強出来支持力は数倍も向上している
その補強度を示すJIS−に691
以上のよ5に本発明のダンボールは荷造具として3〜5
倍の重量の輸送に耐え 特に水濡れに於いては殆んど無
影響であり しかも半永久に使用出来るなど実質的に
且つ経済上に素晴しい効果がある 又ハニカム形成の厚
手のものは壁張 机の合板内芯として広く用いられてい
る 特に本発明の硬化補強によシあらゆるパネルとして
