As a prior art, for example, the one described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 47-3420 is known. This consists of a constant-speed rotating drum that has opposing @walls and is arranged in the horizontal direction, a material feeding device that feeds the material into one end of the drum in a substantially axial direction, and a material that is crushed from the drum. and a member having an outer circumferential surface portion made of a durable elastic material and rotated around an axis substantially coaxial with the rotational axis of the drum, the member being pivotally supported in the drum and restrained. a rotary impulse member to be rotated; and a rotary impulse member spaced apart around the inner periphery of the drum at the outer periphery of the impulse member to engage and raise the material introduced into the lower periphery of the drum and to raise the upper part of the drum. A crusher comprising a material lifting device that raises the material toward the peripheral edge and then drops the raised material onto the impulse member by gravity, the rotating drum and the rotational impulse member having a substantially concentric relationship. As another conventional example in which both wheels rotate in the same direction, there is known a stone crushing and polishing device described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 0586753.

This is to remove soil clods and corners of crushed stones that are attached to crushed stones by polishing the crushed stones and other crushed stones. It is equipped with a rotor with impact blades that rotates in the opposite direction to the drum, and the center axis of the impact blade (J) rotor is coaxial with the center axis of the rotating drum. The crushed stones are scraped up by the impact blades of the rotor and collided with the upper inner wall of the drum, which is rotating in the opposite direction to the rotor, and the crushed stones flying inside the drum come into contact with each other and are crushed into corners or crushed stones. (It is said that the clods on the ground are removed.

The method described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 47-3420 is good for crushing the material into small particles, but when the material is hard crushed stone for concrete, it is difficult to crush the corners of the crushed stone with a rotary impulse member such as a rubber paddle. Removal was impossible, and it was impossible to obtain rounded sand or gravel.

Furthermore, the one described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 50-86753,
Since the crushed stones are sent flying around inside the rotating drum, they may collide with the upper inner wall of the drum or collide violently with each other.
Before the corners and clods can be removed, the crushed stone itself is crushed and divided, resulting in extremely angular pieces, and furthermore, it takes a lot of time to remove the divided corners of the crushed stone. there were.

When material, such as crushed sand, is introduced from above the drum and the rotating rotor is rotated to rotate the rotating blades, the crushed sand remaining on the receiving plate is mainly crushed and polished by the rotating blades and the rods that make up the receiving plate. The crushed sand has its corners removed and falls through the gaps in the receiving plate as high-quality sand. In the case where a plurality of rotating blades and receiving plates are provided, the crushed sand is sequentially polished on the receiving plates provided in the plurality of stages, and is discharged from the drum as high-quality sand.

Furthermore, due to the presence of the sorting chute, the material always falls between the rotating blades instead of falling onto the rotating blades, and in the case of a collection chute, the material pushed outward as the rotating blades rotate. In the next stage, the entire lower surface of the rotary blade is again efficiently crushed and polished.

As explained above, according to the first invention, a single stage or multiple stages of receiving plates are removably attached to the drum in the vertical direction, and the receiving plates are composed of a large number of rods arranged radially in the radial direction. It has a donut-shaped structure with gaps formed between the drum and each bar, and a rotating rotor that rotates independently is provided at the center of the drum and the receiving plate, and the rotating rotor cooperates with the receiving plate. One or more rotating blades are used to crush and polish materials such as crushed sand, crushed stones, gravel, etc. The materials supplied from the rotor and dropped between the rotating blades in the sorting chute are mainly crushed and polished by the rotating blades rotated by the rotation of the rotor and the receiving plate located below the rotating blades, so corners and clods are effectively removed. This allows the entire device to be designed compactly without increasing its size.Furthermore, in the first invention, the tip of the rotating blade rises to form a standing wall and also constitutes a receiving plate. If the tip of the bar also rises to form a vertical column, the material that attempts to escape outward due to the rotation of the rotary blades can be crushed and polished between the vertical wall and the vertical column, resulting in even more crushing efficiency. In particular, in the first invention, the material input from the hopper does not fall above the rotating blades, but falls between the rotating blades, so the material is efficiently transferred to the rotating blades. Crushing and polishing will occur between the lower surface and the upper surface of the receiving plate.

According to the second invention, not only a sorting chute but also a collecting chute is used (because it is a NJ type, the material that has been processed and fallen in the upper stage is collected again at the center of rotation and is allowed to fall between the rotating blades by the sorting chute). Therefore, extremely efficient crushing can be performed in multiple stages.
