Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent wide space from being occupied and to miniaturize a frame-shaped composite antenna, by arranging both loop antennas at a point where no mutual electromagnetic coupling is generated, or in the neighborhood of the point. CONSTITUTION:When two frame-shaped loop antennas 12-1 and 12-2 are separated little by little from each other, the point where no more electromagnetic coupling with the antenna 12-2 is generated can be found by setting magnetic flux phi1 advancing from upside to downside and magnetic flux phi2 advancing from the downside to the upside adversely equal and negating them with each other. At this position, the two loop antennas are arranged adjacently. In such a way, since no electromagnetic coupling is generated, they form a composite loop antenna with a few area of dedicated space, and a remarkable effect can be obtained in practical use.

(Prior art) Inductive radio communication methods used for communication with moving objects running on tracks such as electric railways, subways, and new transportation include ground return method, metal return method, and various methods that apply these methods. However, in both cases, communication is carried out using a guided wire, which is fixed equipment, and an antenna on a mobile object, and in order to achieve good communication, the electromagnetic coupling between the guided wire and the antenna must be tight. This limits the relative positional relationship between the guide wire and the antenna.

Therefore, when two or more loop antennas are placed on a moving body for one guide wire, there is no electromagnetic coupling between the frame-shaped loop antennas on the moving body (3) as shown in Figure 1. They are placed at a sufficient distance (d) from each other. Therefore, a considerably large space is required for its arrangement.

In other words, if two loop antennas are placed close to each other, for example, if one is used as a transmitting antenna, its transmitted energy will combine with the other loop antenna, and the energy exchange between the antenna and the guide wire will not take place effectively. .

(Specific Object of the Invention) The present invention has been made in order to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional antenna arrangement as described above. The present invention will be described in detail below.

(Structure and operation of the invention) Two frame-shaped loop antennas 12-1 in inductive communication
, 12-2 are placed close to each other so that they almost overlap as shown in Figure 2A, the electromagnetic coupling between the antennas becomes dense, so mutual interference between the antennas increases, and interference with the guide wire increases. This means that the energy exchange between them will not be carried out effectively.

However, as both antennas are gradually separated, as shown in FIG. There are places where the electromagnetic coupling with -2 is lost.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2C, if they are separated beyond the range where the overlapping portion disappears, the magnetic flux directed from the bottom to the top will interlink with the antenna 12-2, resulting in electromagnetic coupling.

The present invention uses both loop antennas as shown in Fig. 3 (equivalent to Fig. 2B).
As shown in FIG. 2, the device is characterized by being arranged at or near a point where there is almost no electromagnetic coupling with each other, which eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional method and makes it extremely compact.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, even if two loop antennas are placed close to each other, there is no electromagnetic coupling, so a composite loop antenna that occupies less space can be obtained. , there are some that can be put to practical use and have great effects.
