Structures of conventional examples and their problems Conventional electric kotatsu include those that use radiant heat using infrared lamps, hot air types that use positive temperature coefficient thermistors as heat sources, and those that combine radiant heat and hot air types. be. First, kotatsu that use radiant heat create a temperature difference within the kotatsu, especially in the upper and lower parts, and infrared lamps have a smaller heat generating area than the planar heaters of the present invention, which will be described later. Due to the high temperature, there is a risk of burns to the human body unless there is a large distance to the protective cover.
It is difficult to make the heating element unit extremely thin and easy to use. In addition, the hot air type does not have radiant heat, so it has poor heating effects for the user. On the other hand, as a combination of radiant heat and hot air type, there is a type shown in FIG. 1, which is composed of a rod-shaped infrared lamp 1 and a blower fan 2, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view thereof. However, these methods have a problem in that since air is blown directly to the rod-shaped infrared lamp 1, the temperature of the lamp 1 decreases and the radiant heat becomes weak.
Also, because it is rod-shaped, the distribution of radiant heat is not uniform,
Further, the hot air that is heated also has a problem in that there is a temperature difference between the part where the rod-shaped infrared lamp 1 is located and the part where it is not.

Purpose of the Invention The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned problems, and aims to strengthen radiant heat by using a planar heater as a heat source and not blowing air directly to the planar heater.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention applied to a warm air kotatsu will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 3 is a side view, FIG. 4 is a bottom view, and FIG. 5 is a side sectional view of the heat generating unit. As shown in FIG. 4, the tower 4 is assembled with two parallel middle frames 5 and 6, and the middle frame 5 is connected to the outer frame 7, and the middle frame 6 is connected to the outer frame 8. A heat generating device 9 is fixed to the lower surface of the ceiling of the tower 4 with thumbscrews 10, and legs 11 are attached to the four corners of the tower 4. In normal use, the tower 4 is used as shown in Figure 3.
A futon 12 is placed over it to form a space 13 inside. Reflector plate 1 made of heat transfer material such as iron plate
4 is provided on the lower surface side of the heat generating device main body board 18,
Multiple suction holes 1 in the inverted truncated conical part in the center
5 is set. A motor 17 for rotationally driving the blower fan 16 is installed approximately at the center of the reflector 14, and the blower fan 16 and motor 17
is provided in the fan chamber 19a between the heat generating device main body board 18, which is made of a steel plate coated with aluminum, and the reflector plate 14, which is made of a steel plate plated with aluminum. 19b is an air passage for blowing hot air from this fan chamber 19a, and 20 is a planar heater in which heating conductors 21 are uniformly arranged on the lower flat part of an iron plate, etc., and insulation treatment such as enamel treatment is performed. It emits far infrared rays. The reflector plate 14 is attached to the heat generating device main body substrate 18 with screws 22.
23 is a net-like protective cover, and other electrical components (not shown) are attached to the reflector plate 14.

With the above configuration, the heat generated by the planar heater 20 radiates toward the bottom, and at the same time heats the reflection plate 14, causing the air to be sucked in from the suction hole 15, passed through the fan chamber 19a, and blown out from the air passage 19b. warm. Here the air flow is controlled by the protective cover 23
is sucked in from the center of the lower surface of the reflector plate 14, passes through the suction hole 15 of the reflector plate 14, and is sent to the reflector plate 14 by the ventilation fan 16.
Since the heat is sent to the periphery of the protective cover 23, the heat generated by the planar heater 20 and transmitted to the reflector is absorbed and is sent out from the periphery of the protective cover 23 as uniform hot air. Heating can also be performed using far infrared rays from the planar heater 20.

Effects of the Invention The hot air heater according to the present invention includes a heat generating device main body board,
A reflector plate facing the heat generating device main body substrate, having an inlet at a substantially central portion, and guiding discharged air around the outer periphery, and between this reflector plate and the heat generating device main body substrate,
and a blower fan provided approximately at the center of the reflector; and a blower fan provided on the outer periphery of the substantially center portion of the reflector where the blower fan is located and on the side of the reflector opposite to the blower fan side. Since the heater is equipped with a flat heater, it is possible to effectively utilize radiant heat without weakening the radiant heat because the wind does not directly hit the heater. can be done. Therefore, if you use a warm air kotatsu, there will be less temperature difference inside the kotatsu, making it more comfortable to use. Furthermore, it is possible to reduce the thickness of the heat generating device body, thereby increasing the space inside the kotatsu, and the wind generated during suction also has the effect of cooling the motor, thereby extending the life of the motor.

Furthermore, since the heater provided on the reflector is a planar heater and is located on the opposite side of the reflector from the blower fan side, the radiant heat is not only radiated uniformly but also between the reflector and the heat generating device main body board. The air flowing between the two can be efficiently heated.

Furthermore, since a planar heater is used and the planar heater is placed around the outer periphery of the reflector at the approximate center where the blower fan is located, the reflector is not affected by the blower fan, and the reflector is placed on the side of the heat generating device's main board. It is also possible to bring the heater closer to the surface of the heater, making it possible to further reduce the thickness of the sheet heater.
