  1. Ｕ字状に湾曲させた透明の樹脂板からなるパネ
    ル本体と、前記パネル本体の両端の開口面を閉塞
    する透明の樹脂板からなる端板部とによつてシー
    ルドパネルを構成し、前記パネル本体および端板
    部の表面に導体部を縦横に形成し、前記シールド
    パネルの側壁の上端を、天井に固定される器具本
    体に取り付けられてある取付金具に、ツマミねじ
    によつて取り付けてなる照明器具。
