By the way, the above-mentioned operating wire passes through an insertion hole provided in the distal end component, is guided into the curved part of the distal end of the insertion section, and from there is guided through the flexible tube section of the insertion section to the operating section on the proximal side. In order to reduce the amount of lifting force of the elevator, the outward opening of this insertion hole is located at a position spaced apart in the radial direction of the tip component from the pivot point of the elevator, that is, on the outer circumferential side of the tip component. It is located at a biased position. A guide tube is connected to the opening on the insertion section side of this insertion hole.
The operating wire led out into the curved section or flexible tube section passes through this guide tube and is guided to the operating section.

To avoid interference between this curved part and the guide tube,
Increasing the diameter of the curved part, or making the insertion hole slope toward the center line of the insertion part as it advances toward the guide tube, and aligning the end of the guide tube that connects to this insertion hole with the inclination of the insertion hole. It is conceivable to provide the guide tube at an angle and pass the guide tube through a position close to the center of the insertion section.

Furthermore, if the insertion hole is provided at an angle, the outward opening of the insertion hole will be shifted radially outward of the tip component, making it necessary to increase the diameter of the tip component. Similarly, the diameter of the tip of the insertion portion becomes thick, making it difficult to insert it into the body cavity.

Therefore, in the present invention, an elevator for raising a treatment instrument is pivotally attached to the tip component, an operating wire is connected to the elevator, and the operating wire is guided through the tip component to the inside of the insertion section. A guide tube located inside the insertion section and through which the operating wire is inserted is connected to an open end of the insertion hole on the insertion section side, and the guide tube is connected to at least the insertion hole. In an endoscope in which the distal end of the side is inclined in the direction of the center line of the insertion portion as it moves away from the insertion hole, the axis of the insertion hole is set relative to the axis of the tip of the inclined guide tube. It is characterized in that it is provided inclined in the direction of the center line of the insertion portion.

According to this configuration, the distal end of the guide tube on the insertion hole side is inclined toward the center line of the insertion section, so that the guide tube is inserted through the portion closer to the center line of the insertion section by the amount of this inclination. will be done. Therefore, even if the guide tube is bent due to the curvature of the insertion section, the radius of curvature becomes large, and interference between the guide tube and the inner surface of the insertion section is reduced.

By the way, the wire guide tube 34 that connects the insertion hole 31 and the guide tube 35 is inclined in a direction that approaches the center line X1 of the insertion section 2 as it goes away from the insertion hole 31, and therefore The side ends are also inclined in a direction approaching the center line X□. In addition, the insertion hole 3
1, the axis X2 thereof is inclined at a certain angle α in the force direction of the center line X of the insertion portion 2 with respect to the axis X3 on the distal end side of the inclined guide tube 35. In this case, the axis X2 of the insertion hole 31 is provided approximately parallel to the center line X1 of the insertion portion 2 (the distal end portion 7).

In contrast, the guide tube 35 is aligned with the center line of the insertion section 2
If the guide tube 35 is provided tilted in the force direction, the guide tube 35 is passed through a portion closer to the center line X□ by the amount of this tilt, so that the distance between the guide tube 35 and the curved portion 8 becomes larger. Therefore, even if the guide tube 35 is bent due to contact with the curved portion 8, the radius of curvature becomes large, so interference between the guide tube 35 and the curved portion 8 is reduced, and the seat of the guide tube 35 is bending is prevented.
