DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing architectural boards with a wood grain pattern, which involves applying an ultraviolet curing paint 3 to the surface of a base material 2, which has been embossed with a wood grain pattern 1 in advance, using a flow coater or the like. When the entire surface of the UV-curable paint 3 is cured, the UV-curable paint 3 is yellowed by overbaking, and the UV-curable paint 3 accumulates in the recess 1a of the embossing 1. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a wood grain patterned architectural board, which is characterized in that a wood grain pattern 4 is imparted to 3a.

Conventionally, as shown in Fig. 1, methods for imparting a wood grain pattern 4' to a base material 2' include printing, lamination of wood grain pattern sheets, etc., but since these are flat, there is no depth; Embossing is sometimes done, but it has the drawback that it is difficult to synchronize the wood grain pattern and the emboss.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the object of the present invention is to obtain a deep wood grain pattern, to prevent yellowing due to aging, and to prevent the wood grain pattern from becoming yellow due to wear. To provide a method for manufacturing a construction board with a wood grain pattern that will not disappear.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. First, the second
As shown in FIG. was applied so that the surface of the coating film was smooth, and then UV curing paint 3 was applied using ultraviolet light.
At the same time, the ultraviolet curing paint 3 is yellowed by overbaking. Then, shading appears depending on the depth of the paint layer, and a wood grain pattern 4 is formed in the ultraviolet curing paint portion 3a accumulated in the recess 1a of the embossing 1, as shown in FIGS. 2b and 3c.

As described above, in the present invention, a deep wood grain pattern can be obtained by simply applying UV-curable paint to the entire surface and adding shading to the color tone depending on the difference in thickness. Moreover, due to overbaking, yellowing will progress over time. There is no risk of color shading fading even if yellowing progresses to some extent,
Furthermore, the UV-curable paint bites into the recesses of the embossing, increasing adhesion, and even if the surface is worn, there is no fear that the paint will remain in the recesses and the wood grain pattern will disappear.
