性に問題がある。 In conductors for wire-insulated power cables, in order to reduce contact resistance at connections, the twisted wires are separated one by one, and an insulating coating is applied by chemical treatment or mechanical treatment such as sandblasting. The conductor is removed, the conductor is placed in a metal sleeve having a through hole with the same diameter as the conductor, and the conductor is connected by compressing the sleeve. This is shown in FIG. That is, a wire insulated conductor 1, a through-type sleeve 2
In the case of the connection section, the tip end 3 of the strand insulated conductor 1 in the through-type sleeve 2 has the strand coating removed before being inserted into the sleeve 2. In such a configuration, it takes a long time to separate the wires before the very time-consuming coating removal process, and foreign substances adhere to the conductor during the coating removal process, which infiltrates into the insulator and deteriorates the insulation performance at the connection part. decreases. The foreign substances are chemicals for chemical treatment and sand powder for mechanical treatment, and the latter is particularly problematic. In order to solve this problem, a method has been proposed in which the sand powder is removed by sending compressed air into the connection conductor, but the equipment for this purpose is large and has problems in workability.

FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of the metal sleeve assembly of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along the line -- in FIG. In FIG. 2, the metal sleeve assembly of the present invention consists of a metal sleeve 12 and a plurality of metal columns 22. The metal sleeve 12 has a central blind hole 5 extending from both ends, and the bottom 6 of each of these blind holes 5 has a protrusion 7 . A plurality of through holes 8 are provided radially in the husband's blind hole 5. The metal column 22 has a conductor tip 1 with a blind hole 5.
After being inserted into the through holes 8, respectively.

from both ends of the conductor in the direction of contact with the conductor
The state shown in the figure will be reached. That is, by radially inward compression, the metal column 22 penetrates into the conductor 1 and locally exerts a large compressive force, thereby removing the wire insulation coating. Furthermore, the end surfaces of the conductors 1 are joined to each other via the bottom wall 6 due to compression in the contact direction.

It can be prevented.
