もに見映えが悪い。更に窓に据付けると採光性が
悪くなり快適な生活を阻害する。又、一体形空気
調和機は家屋の外壁又は窓を貫通してその室外側
は屋外に突出する為に家屋の外観を損ねる。

記実施例においては一体形空気調和機本体16は
床下の地中に埋設したが屋外の地中に埋設しても
良い。また、上記実施例では屋外の空気を床下通
風口26、床下空間24、吸込口27を経て吸込
み利用側熱交換器18で冷却又は加熱した後、ダ
クト14を介して室1内へ導いているが、室1内
の空気をダクトを介して利用側室16a内に吸い
込み利用側熱交換器18で冷却又は加熱した後ダ
クト14を介して室1内へ導いても良い。
