In tunnel construction, mortar is sprayed onto the surface of the excavation to create the primary lining concrete, and then the secondary lining concrete is placed on top of that, but edge cutting is required between the primary and secondary concrete to prevent concrete cracking. In order to prevent underground water from penetrating the concrete layer and seeping into the mine, it is customary to install a waterproof sheet. Conventionally, a thin sheet such as a vinyl sheet has been used as this type of waterproof sheet, but this sheet adheres tightly to the uneven surface of the primary lining concrete due to the casting pressure of the secondary lining concrete. This had the disadvantage that the water that permeated through the primary lining concrete and impeded the flow of water flowing downward across the boundary between the two concrete layers, and also did not have a sufficient edge-cutting effect between the two concrete layers. . The present invention improves this point and provides a tarpaulin sheet with good waterproofing effect, edge cutting effect, and water drainage effect.

The present invention will be explained below with reference to illustrative drawings. The present invention has a sheet 4 in which a core layer 3 of synthetic fiber non-woven fabric is interposed between two layers 1 and 2 of rubber-containing asphalt, and thick threads or strings of synthetic fibers are attached on one side of the sheet 4. The present invention relates to a tunnel waterproof sheet 6 characterized in that a net-like material 5 is attached thereto. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 7 indicates an anti-adhesive layer, 8 indicates a cross section of the mesh, and 9 indicates a gap in the mesh.

When the present invention is interposed at the boundary between the primary lining concrete 11 and the secondary lining concrete 12 as described above, even if the placing pressure of the secondary lining concrete 12 is high, it will come into contact with the primary lining concrete 11. A mesh material 5 made of thick threads or strings of synthetic fibers is interposed on the surface, and the mesh material contacts the numerous convex and convex portions of the primary lining concrete surface, but it is difficult to contact the concave portions. Therefore, the gaps between the recesses and the voids 9 of the net-like material 5 form an aqueduct of underground water that seeps through the primary lining concrete 11, preventing the flow of water from being obstructed like conventional sheets. Instead, water flows smoothly down the interface between the primary and secondary concrete lining, is collected and discharged out of the tunnel. Furthermore, the formation of the gap has a great effect of cutting the edges of the primary and secondary lining concrete.

The base material of this product is a sheet with a core layer of synthetic fiber non-woven fabric interposed between two layers of rubber-containing asphalt, ensuring waterproofness and preventing water from flowing from the primary lining concrete to the secondary lining concrete. can prevent intrusion. Since this sheet has rubber elasticity, unlike conventional sheets, the nail holes in the mounting portion are sealed well and no tears occur in the nail holes. Because it has a built-in nonwoven fabric and has high elasticity as a whole, it has the effect of absorbing the placing pressure of secondary lining concrete. This sheet is also flexible,
It has high tensile strength, tear strength, etc., and is earthquake resistant.
It has stable elongation, good weather resistance, and does not become brittle even at sub-zero temperatures in winter and does not soften even at high temperatures in summer.
Since the fiber material of this invention is made of synthetic fiber, it is resistant to corrosion and durable.
