In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, the conventional stone removal sorter has a large number of blow holes 101 on the upper edge of a wind turbine box 100 containing a built-in wind turbine.
The sorting board 102 formed with the wind turbine box 10 is placed in an inclined manner.
0 is connected to a vibration mechanism (not shown) to vibrate the sorting board 102, and the vibration and the blowing action from the blowhole 101 cause the rice grains on the sorting board 102 to rise slightly, so that they are at the lower end of the slope. In addition to discharging the refined product from the rice grain outlet 103, the stone pieces that have sunk below the rice grain layer are shaken up and sent to the stone outlet 1 at the upper end of the slope.
Since it is discharged from 04 and sorted, the sorting board 1
When the supply of raw rice to 02 stops, the grains on the sorting board 102 no longer flow out of the refined product outlet 103 while being pushed by the grains supplied later, and the large number of blowholes 101 remove the coarse grains. The sorting board 102, which has a planar shape, is swung upward by the vibration. And sorting board 1
The stone pieces are discharged from the stone outlet 104 in an unsorted state along with the stone pieces stagnant near both shoulders 102a on the upper side of the slope.

In this way, when the sorting work is completed, there is almost no sorting effect, so if you plan to sort the same type of rice grains next time, you can move the rice grains from the sorting board to the sorting board without ejecting all the rice grains in the machine.
Rice grains were left on the 02. Therefore,
In the rice milling lines of rice mills, etc., the stone removal process is the only process in which the entire amount cannot be discharged, which prevents fully automatic operation of rice mills, etc. ), and were forced to create a design that did not require the entire amount to be drained and cleaned.

On the other hand, the main sorting board 22 is connected to the crankshaft 19. The airflow generated by the fan 25 vibrates together with the main fan case 7, which is vibrated by the vibration mechanism including the crank arm 21, etc., and is blown out onto the main sorting board 22 from the blowhole 30 as shown in FIG. . In such a state, the rice grains that have fallen from the opening 3 onto the main sorting board 22 are gradually and uniformly spread over the entire surface of the main sorting board 22, and
The main sorting board 22. The rice grains tend to float up from the surface of the board, and flow down toward the refined product outlet 34 at the lower end of the slope while being pushed by the rice grains further falling from the opening 3, and finally fall from the refined product outlet 34 into the refined product flow down trough 52. It is taken out of the machine through the discharge gutter 53.

On the other hand, the stone debris mixed in the rice grains has a higher specific gravity than the rice grains, so it sinks to the bottom of the rice grain layer while being subjected to vibration, is pushed up by the protrusion 31 toward the mixed grain fall port 33 on the upper side of the slope, and finally is the horizontal feed R35 from the mixed grain falling port 33.
fall inside. At this time, not only the stones fall into the cross-feeding gutter 35, but a certain amount of rice grains near the mixed grain drop opening 33 fall together with the stones.

In this way, the stones that have fallen onto the cross feeder 8135 never return onto the main sorting board 22, and are conveyed to the communication port 36 side as a stream of mixed grains of stones and rice grains. That is, the airflow from the main fan case 7 is ejected from the crack 38 of the jet protrusion 37 in an oblique direction toward the side wall 39, whereby the mixed grains are gradually guided to the communication port 36 while colliding with the side wall 39. In addition, since the cross feed gutter 35 also vibrates together with the main fan case 7, the mixed grains in the cross feed 135 are also subjected to this vibration effect, and the conveyance is caused by the rocking action of the protrusion 31 that faces diagonally with respect to the side wall 39. It is something that is encouraged. Note that if the cross-feed gutter 35 is formed in a slope shape toward the communication port 36, the conveyance speed will further increase.

The mixed grains are transported by the cross-feed gutter 35 and fall from the communication port 36 to the secondary sorting section 43 of the sub-sorting board 41 (as described above, there is a step between the communication port 36 and the sub-sorting board 41). Similar to the main sorting W122, the vibration effect and the fan 40
Due to the action of the air stream 1 ejected from the blowhole 30, the rice grains float slightly and flow toward the discharge section 44, and the rice grains flow toward the discharge section 44.
The rice grains that have reached 4 are placed in the blast protrusion 4 facing toward the refined product discharge port 45.
The fine products are rapidly conveyed to the fine product discharge port 45 side by the blast from 6, fall from the fine product discharge port 45 into the fine product stream 152, and are sent out of the machine from the fine product discharge wi 53 along with the precision products that fall from the precision product discharge port 34 of the main sorting board 22. It is taken out.

On the other hand, the stone sinks to the bottom of the gutter, and the protrusion 31 blocks the dam 4.
It is swung up to the second side and is dammed by the steeply inclined damming part 42. In this way, when the stones selected by the secondary sorting section 43 are shaken up and accumulate in the dam section 42 in excess of a certain amount, as shown in Fig. 6, the stones exceeding the certain amount overflow. The stones flow from the stone drop opening 48 through the right side lower part 150 and into the stone discharge gutter 51, and are discharged to the outside of the machine. In other words, since the area around the dam 42 is concentrated to only stones, there is no chance that any fine particles will fall from the stone fall port 48.

Side transport! The rice grains that have fallen into the 1li35 are conveyed to the communication port 36 side and flow into the sub-sorting board 41 from the communication port 36, and then by the secondary sorting section 43, refined grains are transferred to the discharge section 44 side, and stones are transferred to the damming section 42 side. The stones are separated and conveyed, and the precious stones fall from the fine article outlet 45 into the fine article flow down trough 52, and the stones fall from the stone drop port 48 into the stone discharge 8!51 and are taken out of the machine. When there are no more rice grains to be conveyed from the horizontal feed gutter 35, the rice grains are blocked by the damming part 42 and cannot be conveyed downward, and the rice grains remain slightly floating and are held at a certain amount for secondary sorting. It stays on the portion 43. At this time, the fan stop switch 404 causes the electric motor 40 to

In this case, the stones sorted by the secondary sorting section 43 are temporarily blocked by the blowing action of the blower projection 54 (the rice grains are blown back to the secondary sorting section 43 side), and when a certain amount of stones have accumulated. The stone overflows and only the stones fall from the stone fall port 48. When the rotation of the fan 401 of the sub-fan case 40 is stopped at the end of the operation, the stones blocked by the damming part 42A and the rice grains staying in the secondary sorting part 43 are removed by the blowing action of the blowing protrusion 54. The entire amount falls from the stone fall port 48 without being hit.

In other words, on the lower side of the slope of the secondary sorting part of the sub-sorting board that sorts mixed grains, we formed a discharge part equipped with a blowing protrusion facing the refined product outlet at the lower end of the slope, so that the particles that are sorted in the secondary sorting part are The rice grains (refined grains) that are about to flow down are rapidly flowed down from the outflow port by the blast from the jet, which eliminates the bulk of the refined grains in the secondary sorting section and allows them to be transported from the horizontal gutter. Since the mixed grains that come from the grains are quickly selected, a high sorting ability can be ensured.
