【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は主として工業用のロボツトにおける抵
抗式の溶接ガンの取付装置に関する。

従来この種装置として、ロボツトアームその他
の移動部材に、取付ブラケツトを介して、溶接ガ

るが、かゝるものでは例えばサイクルタイムを短
縮すべく、該移動部材が所定の溶接ポイントに充
分停止しないうちに、該溶接ガンを作動させるよ
うなことが考えられ、これによれば該溶接ガンは
その根部の軸支部に衝撃力を作用されてこれに偏
摩耗を生じ勝ちであり、かくてこれは次で溶接打
点のづれ、或は電極合せ面のづれ等を生じ勝ちで
あり、好ましくない。

本考案はかゝる不都合のない装置を得ることを
その目的としたもので、ロボツトアームその他の
移動部材1に、取付ブラケツト2を介して、溶接
ガン3を根部の軸4で軸支して設ける式のものに
おいて、該軸4の外周に、該ブラケツト2側の対
応する軸受孔5との間に、硬質ゴムその他の弾性
部材6を介在させて成る。

ガンアーム3a,3bを該トランス1aに接続す
る各二次導体を示す。

されるようにした。尚各弾性部材6はその内周と
外周とに各金属カラ6a,6aを備えるものとす
る。

滑且確実にすることが出来、その構成は簡単で廉
価に得られる等の効果を有する。
