複写機の自動原稿送り装置において、 所定のタイミングで自動原稿送り装置に搬入さ
れた原稿が前記無端状搬送ベルトに保持されたと
き、該原稿の先端部分により覆われる無端状搬送
ベルト部分に穴を設け、 前記無端状搬送ベルト内部の原稿送り方向下流
側に、前記穴を通して所定の露光位置まで搬送さ
れた原稿の有無を検知する原稿検知手段を設け、 該原稿検出手段により所定の露光位置まで原稿
が搬送されていないことが検知されたとき、前記
無端状搬送ベルトを所定回転駆動する駆動手段を
