[] A sound absorbing material is attached to the entire inner surface of a case that covers the entire heat pump including an engine, a refrigerant compressor, a plurality of refrigerant heat exchangers, etc., and a sound absorbing material is attached between the bottom of the case and the engine and the compressor. A vibration isolating mechanism is interposed, and the refrigerant pipe of the compressor is led out in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the crankshaft of the engine.

In the former case, the area to be modified into a soundproof structure is very large, which not only increases the size and weight of the entire device, but also tends to increase the cost.
In the case of the latter [], not only the engine and compressor but also their auxiliary equipment are installed in a sealed case, so when performing daily inspections and adjustments of these auxiliary equipment, the sealed case must be disassembled and the auxiliary equipment must be disassembled. Since it must be reassembled after inspection and adjustment, the inspection and adjustment work requires a great deal of effort and time.

Moreover, in any of these cases, the comparatively large vibrations generated by the driving of the engine and compressor repeatedly act on the refrigerant pipes, so the refrigerant pipes are easily deformed and damaged in a short period of time, which is a disadvantage in terms of durability. It was hot.

The characteristic configuration of the engine-driven heat pump according to the present invention, which was taken to achieve this purpose, is that the engine and the refrigerant compressor linked to the engine are housed in a sealed case equipped with a sound-absorbing material and equipped with a vibration isolation mechanism. Among these two accessory devices, the one that requires inspection and adjustment more frequently is installed outside the sealed case, and the refrigerant pipe connected to the compressor is connected to the engine crankshaft. The refrigerant pipe is led out along or almost along the direction, and the leading end side portion of the refrigerant pipe is held by the side plate of the sealed case.

(b) Since the engine, refrigerant compressor, and some of their auxiliary equipment are vibration-proofly supported in a sealed case with sound-absorbing material, the equipment is less expensive than if the case covering the entire heat pump was modified to have a soundproof structure. The overall structure can be made compact and lightweight, and can be constructed economically.

(b) Since the equipment that requires frequent inspection and adjustment is installed outside the sealed case, it is not necessary to disassemble and adjust the sealed case each time as in the conventional [ ].
No assembly is required, and such inspection and adjustment work can be performed quickly and easily.

(c) Of the vibrations generated with engine drive,
Focusing on the fact that the vibration along the rotational direction of the crankshaft is the largest and, conversely, the vibration along the axial direction of the crankshaft is the smallest, the refrigerant pipe connected to the compressor is moved in the direction of the crankshaft. By deriving the refrigerant along the same line, it is possible to reduce the stress that repeatedly acts on the refrigerant pipe as much as possible compared to the conventional method, and it has become possible to suppress deformation and damage of the refrigerant pipe due to engine vibration.
