As explained above, the present invention includes a multi-level storage shelf in which storage sections are arranged at least in the vertical direction, and a gondola that moves up and down, and a trolley on which a car is mounted is installed on rails and gondolas laid in each storage section. In a car hangar configured to move across a storage rail, the end of the rail on the gondola side, which is opposite to the end of the rail on the storage side, has an opening/closing plate that can be opened and closed to bridge both rails when opened. A lock pin is always attached to the end of the rail on the side of the storage section by a spring and is urged to protrude upward from the rail on the side of the storage section to prevent the cart drawn into the storage section from falling off and to open the opening/closing plate. Accordingly, a safety device is provided in which an interlocking pin integrated with the lock pin is pushed by the opening/closing plate to cause the lock pin to exit from above the rail on the storage section side.Furthermore, the gondola is provided with a trolley transfer mechanism, and this trolley transfer mechanism is provided. The mechanism is characterized in that the truck is configured to be transferred from one of the storage sections and the gondola to the other through both rails bridged by the opening/closing plate in the open state. Therefore, according to the present invention, the trolley stored in the storage section is always maintained in a stable state by the safety device and does not move or fall off.
During the operation of transferring the trolley between the gondola and the storage section, the safety device is automatically deactivated, so it does not interfere with the transfer of the trolley and does not require any special operation to release the function. When the trolley is transferred to the storage section, the transfer is completed, that is, the gondola opening/closing plate is closed and the bridge between the gondola side rail and the storage section side rail is released, and at the same time the safety device is restored and the trolley is removed. Since this prevents the cart from moving, it is possible to completely prevent the cart from moving or falling off unexpectedly.
