PURPOSE:To freely change the electric length of an antenna, by providing a second dielectric sleeve which fixes a conductor pin for the antenna inserted into a first dielectric sleeve and a dielectric bar inserted into the second dielectric sleeve in a square waveguide, and changing the length of the dielectric bar in the second dielectric sleeve. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric sleeve 4 is inserted from the lower plane of the square waveguide 1 to guide the conductor pin 5 for the antenna to the inside of the waveguide 1, and the conductor pin 5 (of tubular shape on whose outer periphery a stage part is provided) is inserted into the dielectric sleeve 4, and furthermore, the dielectric sleeve 6 is inserted to fix the position of the conductor pin 5 for the antenna in the dielectric sleeve 4.
