する方法では皮を焼いた後、その熱がとれるまで
放置しておいてから袋に入れて成形しないと、包
装内面に水蒸気が凝縮し、焼皮の風味を損なう恐
れがある。

面に水蒸気が凝縮することがなく、製造スピード
を上げても食品の風味を損なう恐れがない。
