Claims (1)
- 供試品をセツトする単一の試験槽に対して、高
温雰囲気と低温雰囲気を選択的に供給する温度サ
イクル試験装置において、低温雰囲気を常時送出
する低温雰囲気送出手段と、高温雰囲気を常時送
出する高温雰囲気送出手段と、送出された各雰囲
気を試験槽に導くことなく循環させるための予備
パスと、各雰囲気から一の雰囲気を選択して試験
槽に導くとともに、他の雰囲気を上記予備パスに
通して循環させる雰囲気流通制御手段とを有する
ことを特徴とする温度サイクル試験装置。
