Feed had to be prepared separately for each animal. In particular, many pet foods are dry and difficult for animals to chew or eat. There are also canned meats and fish meat available as feed for dogs and cats, but these are expensive.

。In view of the above circumstances, the inventors of the present invention focused on noodles as a result of intensive research, and discovered that if the noodles were mixed with feed preferred by each animal and fed to the animals, the feed intake of the animals would increase. This invention was completed because it was easy and inexpensive to manufacture. That is, the main object of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive feed that is easy for animals to ingest and can also be used as feed for animals with different intake preferences by simply changing the contaminants.

A technical measure is taken to mix fish meat, livestock meat, vegetables, fiber substances, and other appropriate ingredients, knead them, and form them into noodles or strips. As the raw material for the noodles in this invention, known raw materials for noodles and pasta such as wheat flour (strong flour in the case of udon) or buckwheat flour are used. However, raw or cooked noodles that can be used as feed (for example, after the best-before period has passed) may be used. These noodles may be compressed into a dough, mixed with the flour, and passed through a noodle machine. Next, as the substance to be mixed into the noodles, fish meat, livestock meat, vegetables, fiber substances, and other feeds ingested by various animals are selected as needed. As for fish meat, for example, sardine surimi can be used without deodorizing, which can expand the demand for sardines and make it inexpensive as feed. In addition, the meat may be any kind of fish, meat, or vegetables, and may also be artificial meat. The fibrous material may be wheat bran, rice bran, paper, or the like. Furthermore, other substances mixed into the noodles may include nutritional supplements, fragrances that stimulate the animal's appetite, and the like. In this invention, the ratio of noodles to other contaminants is not particularly limited, as long as the contaminants and noodles can be connected so as not to separate and can be formed into noodle-like or strip-like shapes. This bait is mixed into the noodle raw materials, stirred and kneaded using a noodle machine, and then formed into noodles using a noodle machine or the like (see drawing). Here, depending on the type of animal, it is preferable to set the diameter and length of the noodle-like feed appropriately so that it can be easily ingested, and in the case of general use for dogs and cats, the length is in units of several centimeters. It is preferable to cant with Moreover, the inside may be formed into a hollow shape like macaroni. Forming into noodle shapes like this can be easily produced using existing noodle making machines or noodle making machines, as mentioned above.
Of course, it may be molded by other machines or by hand. The noodle-shaped feed thus formed is subjected to known (sterilization) preservation processing. That is, using preservation processing by canning or vacuum packing, and dry preservation processing known as the manufacturing method of instant noodles,
It may also be something that improves storage stability.

[Example-1] Sardines are crushed using a cutting machine such as a chopper, made into surimi, and mixed with wheat flour (strong flour). Mix this with water and salt and knead with a noodle machine. Normally, the proteins of lean fish such as sardines and fatty fish do not coagulate even when mixed with salt, so by mixing flour with them as in the present invention, the proteins can be coagulated and made into noodles. This is molded into a thread-like shape using a die-cutting machine to obtain the product of the present invention as a noodle-like feed for cat food. [Example-2] Grass is ground and ground using a chopper, and mixed with flour. Rice bran, bran, corn, etc. may be mixed into a powder or ground powder instead of or in addition to the above grasses. Then, water and the like are mixed, and the mixture is pounded into noodles in the same manner as in the previous example, and cut into noodle shapes to obtain the product of the present invention as noodle-shaped feed for livestock. [Example 3] Livestock meat is crushed with a crusher, mixed with flour and water, pounded with a noodle machine, and cut into noodles with a noodle machine. This noodle-like feed is raw or cooked (boiled, steamed, etc.), mixed with soup, and sterilized and stored in cans or vacuum bags to obtain the product of the present invention.

上極めて有益である。This invention has noodles as its main ingredient, which have not been thought of as feed in the past, and can coagulate sardines and other lean or fatty fish meat, which is inexpensive but has limited demand, using flour.
It can be molded into a noodle shape. In addition, due to the softness and viscosity of the noodles, they are easy for animals to ingest (
Furthermore, since it is noodle-shaped with a narrow diameter, even animals with small mouths can easily ingest the adulterated food along with the noodles without tearing the noodle-like feed, making it suitable as feed. This was also confirmed by the increase in intake as a result of feeding each animal with the invented product obtained from the above examples. Furthermore, feeds for various animals can be manufactured by changing the contaminants according to the animal's ingestion preferences, and it has excellent versatility. In addition, because it uses the same manufacturing method as noodles, existing noodle manufacturers can manufacture them without the need for special equipment, and leftovers and foods that have passed their expiration date can be used as feed, so they can be produced at low cost and without waste. This makes it possible to further expand this type of business field, as well as expand the demand for the aforementioned sardines, etc., which is extremely beneficial industrially.
