In a telephone network system, it is desirable to be able to talk to any party at any time, but if the called party is busy or absent, the calling party has the inconvenience of having to call again. When you are busy, you may forget the information you want to send, or even forget to call back. On the other hand, when the receiver is busy, depending on the content of the communication, such as a message, he or she may wish to receive the message in the form of a memo that can be seen with the naked eye rather than spending time on the phone. Also, in such cases, it is desirable to use a memo form from the standpoint of ensuring the reliability of information transmission.

The processor CPU connects the high-speed switch SW to the voice response unit ARU again, and after confirming the ready status of the voice recognition unit SRU, issues guidance to detect a message. Then, the high-speed switch SW is connected to the speech recognition device SRU, and the message is recognized and processed.

After editing is complete, redisk the fax data.
When the time specified by the speaker arrives, the fax data is read from the disk and stored in the work memory WM. Next, activate the destination fax, and when a response is received, turn the high-speed switch SW on to the fax data transmission control section.
Connect to FAXT and sequentially send out fax data stored in work memory WM. After the transmission is completed, a call end signal is transmitted.

As explained above, even in an analog conventional telephone network, by placing a key phone or fax on the terminal, the present invention can send image information to the called party at any time, and can send it to the calling party at any time. This eliminates the need to wait when the other party is busy,
For the receiving party, this has the effect of freeing them from the burden of telephone calls during busy times.
