送りローラ24と、巻掛伝動機構25を介してこ
れを駆動するモータ26とを有し、これら送りロ
ーラ24及びモータ26は門型の昇降枠27に取
付けられ、またその昇降枠27は押付シリンダ2
8を介して可動枠8側の固定枠29に取付けられ
ている。回転機構23は第6図に示す如く伸縮ア
