【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は電気ストーブ,トイレストーブ,電気
温風機等の電熱器具の保安装置に関するものであ

従来に於て、例えば電熱器具の保安装置として
の電気回路図は第1図に示すようなものがあり、

イツチ4との直列回路を接続したものがあるが、
一般に温度過昇防止器3は電熱器具を構成してい
る箱体からなる本体の内部で、しかも発熱体2よ
りも上部位に配設せしめ、例えば電熱器具の熱風
および熱気を放出する吐出口を布等のなんらかの
物で覆つた場合に本体の内部が異常に温度上昇し
た時にその設定動作温度で電気回路を遮断して電

止器3の取付は適正であり、第3図で図示する如
く放熱体6の側面である右側面に取付ているが、
左側面に取付けても良いことは云うまでもないこ
とである。7は前記発熱体2の端部に設けられて
いる端子部であり、8は前記電熱器具本体5の底
