It was rolled onto the inner circumferential surface of the mold. According to such conventional methods, the fiber being transferred may shift due to wind pressure resistance, etc., making it impossible to accurately transfer the fiber. Particularly in the case of long centrifugal molding, the winding becomes wavy. Therefore, it may be possible to insert a fiber that has been previously formed to have an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the cylindrical mold into the cylindrical mold, but in this case it is easy to insert the fiber since there is no clearance (gap between the cylindrical mold and the fiber) during insertion. Moreover, the end face jig attached to the end of the cylindrical shape gets in the way, and the work of attaching and detaching it must also be carried out.

得る。 That is, the present invention is a method for supplying fibers into a cylinder rotatable around a horizontal axis,
A fiber whose outer diameter is approximately equal to the inner diameter of the cylinder is hung on a cylindrical rod with an opening at one point, and a rod is inserted into the cylindrical rod through the opening to partially tighten the fiber. At the same time, the fiber is inserted into the cylindrical rod, the rest of the fiber is brought into close contact with the outer periphery of the cylindrical rod, the cylindrical rod is inserted together with the fiber into the cylindrical mold, the rod is pulled out, and the fiber is forced into the tube by its elastic force. The present invention provides a method for supplying fibers into a cylindrical mold, in which the fibers are brought out from inside the cylindrical rod, brought into close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical mold, and then the cylindrical rod is extracted. According to this method, since a part of the fiber is inserted into the cylindrical rod together with the rod,
The remaining part of the fiber can be sufficiently reduced in diameter to fit tightly against the outer periphery of the cylindrical rod, and furthermore, by pulling out the rod after insertion into the cylindrical shape, the diameter of the fiber is automatically expanded by its elastic force to form the cylindrical rod. It can be brought into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the mold.

期の遠心成形を行なう。 Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In Fig. 1, 1 is cylindrical, and has a plurality of rings 2.
It is supported by and configured to be rotatable around a horizontal axis, and end face jigs 3 are attached to both ends. Reference numeral 4 denotes a truck guided by rails 5, and a cylindrical rod 6 located on the horizontal axis is provided on the front surface of the truck. As shown in FIG. 2, this cylindrical rod 6 has an opening 7 formed at one location in the circumferential direction and extending over the entire length thereof. 8 indicates a rod. First, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 2, the end of the fiber 9 cut to a regular length is applied to close the opening 7. Then, lower the rod 8 from above the fiber 9,
As shown in the imaginary line in FIG. 2, the end of the fiber 9 is inserted into the cylindrical rod 6 through the opening 7, and
It is held on the cylindrical rod 6 side by a rod 8. Next, as shown in FIG.
Wrap it in a spiral shape on the outside. At this time, the fiber 9 is formed so that its outer diameter d is approximately equal to the cylindrical inner diameter D. By pulling out the rod 8, the fiber 9 is latched onto the cylindrical rod 6 as shown in FIG. Next, the rod 8 is lowered from above the fiber 9, and as shown in FIG.
and inserted into the cylindrical rod 6. As a result, the remaining portion of the fiber 9 comes into close contact with the outer periphery of the cylindrical rod 6, and the fiber 9 becomes in a reduced diameter state. Next, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, the fiber 9
At the same time, the cylindrical rod 6 is inserted into the cylindrical mold 1. At this time, since the fiber 9 is sufficiently reduced in diameter as described above, it can be inserted without being affected by the end face jig 3. After insertion, the rod 8 is pulled out. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the fiber 9 automatically comes out from the cylindrical rod 6 due to its own elastic force, expands in diameter, and comes into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical mold 1. After the cylindrical rod 6 is extracted, a resin liquid is supplied to perform the desired centrifugal molding.

渡すことができる。 According to the above-described method of supplying fiber into a cylindrical mold according to the present invention, a part of the fiber is inserted into the cylindrical rod together with the rod, so that the diameter of the remaining part of the fiber is sufficiently reduced to supply the outer periphery of the cylindrical rod. Therefore, the fiber can be easily inserted into the cylindrical shape without being affected by an end jig or the like. Furthermore, by pulling out the rod after inserting it into the cylindrical mold, the fiber automatically expands in diameter due to its elastic force and comes into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical mold.
It can be passed accurately without shifting or becoming wavy.
