作に連動して第1締付部材を閉成させる連動機構
が設けられるので、第1,第2締付部材をそれぞ
れ開放位置に保持し、且つそれら部材の締付面に
よつて形成される断面C字状の締付帯案内面にブ
ーツ取付部を囲繞させた状態で、該締付帯案内面
とブ−ツ取付部との間のC字状の隙間に締付帯の
遊端を押込んでゆくと、その遊端は該締付帯案内
面に案内されて環状に突き進み、ブーツ取付部を
環状に囲繞することができ、そしてその囲繞状態
で第2締付部材を閉成駆動すると、該第2締付部
材及びこれに追従する第1締付部材が閉成動作し
て、締付帯をブーツ取付部外周にその全周に亘り
略均等に締付けることができ、以上の結果、締付
帯を予め所定の複雑なリング形状に成形加工して
おかなくてもブーツ取付部外周に的確に巻き付か
せることができると共に、その巻き付け後の締付
け作業を自動的且つ的確に行うことができて、工
程の簡素化及び作業能率の向上に大いに寄与し得

が、締付帯をブーツ取付部に環状に巻き付かせる
際の、締付帯に対するガイド面を兼ねるから、第
