ブラケツト6に設けられて矢印方向に回転するよ
うになつている。またエキゾーストパイプ2も同
様に位置決め治具7によつて保持され、治具7は
ブラケツト8に設けられてマフラー本体1と同方
向に回転するようになつている。9及び10は各
ブラケツト6及び8に回転を与える伝動ギヤー、
11はその伝動軸、12は装置フレームである。
このような装置では、マフラー本体1とエキゾー
ストパイプ2とが同期して回転する必要がある

決め精度が向上する。とくに多機種で本装置を共
用する場合に位置決め精度がだし易く、溶接むら
を生じることなく複数のワークを接続溶接するこ
とができる。また、溶接トーチ4の移動位置を適
宜に調節することにより各種の直径のワークに対
しても適正な接続溶接を行なうことがき、汎用性
の高いものを提供できる。さらに、ワークの溶接
姿勢も適宜変えることができ、ワークの形状、溶
接位置、溶接トーチとの関係において最適なポジ
シヨンを選定することができる。したがつて溶接
外観も向上する。
