In view of these circumstances, the present invention has been developed by changing the position occupied by the flux in the cross section of the flux-cored wire to an arbitrary position in the cross-section of the wire in a flux-cored wire formed by wrapping flux and a round bar core wire or only flux in a hoop. It is characterized by being eccentric so that it lies within one of the semicircular arcs divided by a straight line passing through the point, and the position occupied by this flux is arranged in a spiral in the axial direction of the wire, and its purpose is to: The object of the present invention is to provide a flux-cored wire that eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional flux-cored wire and can obtain a weld bead free of welding defects.

以下、本考案の一実施例を第3図乃至第5図に

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 5.

3 to 5, 1 is a flux-cored wire according to the present invention, 2 is a hoop, 3 is a flux, 4 is a material to be welded, 5 is an arc, and 6 is a wire feeding roller. As shown in the A-A, B-B, C-C, and D-D cross sections of FIG. A filled portion of the flux 3 is arranged eccentrically within one of the semicircular arcs, and is arranged so that the position occupied by the flux 3 is twisted spirally in the axial direction of the wire over the entire lengthwise direction. .

In this way, hoop 2 and flux 3 are eccentric so that the position occupied by the flux is within one of the semicircular arcs divided by a straight line passing through an arbitrary point of the cross section of the wire, and the eccentricity distribution is such that the position occupied by the flux When an arc is started between the welded material 4 and the flux-cored wire 1 whose position is spirally twisted in the axial direction of the wire, there are fewer hoops 2 on the side where the flux 3 is filled, so the flux melts quickly. The arc 5 is generated in a biased state as shown by the solid line.

When the wire 1 is fed by the roller 6 in this state, the portion filled with the flux 3 rotates in the circumferential direction, and the arc 5 accordingly rotates as shown by the arrow R.

As described above, since the arc 5 is forcibly rotated around the central axis of the wire, partial penetration by the arc is eliminated, and a good welded joint 7 without welding defects such as poor penetration can be obtained.

As explained above based on one embodiment of the present invention, if welding is performed using the wire of the present invention, the arc can be forcibly directed to the wire center axis even in fillet welding or I-type narrow gap welding. Since it can rotate around , it is possible to always obtain a good welded joint.
