Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はタンデイツシユの地金除去装置に関す
る、更に詳しくは連続鋳造作業に使用したタンデ
イツシユに残存する地金を除去する装置に関す
る。

シユの地金除去装置は作業を大幅に機械化し能率
の改善ならびに経費の節減に寄与するものである
けれども、所定の寸法と容量とを有する特定のタ
ンデイツシユを対象として計画せられ、異る寸
法、容量のタンデイツシユには使用できないのが
通例である。他方において連鋳工場で使用するタ
ンデイツシユの容量・寸法は次第に大型化する傾
向があるばかりでなく、製鉄所構内において稼働
する数基の連鋳施設から出される多数のタンデイ
ツシユを一括して引受け地金除去処理を行う場合
にはタンデイツシユの容量・寸法が大幅に変はる
ことは避けられない。地金除去作業に際しタンデ
イツシユの容量・寸法の差異に対応して別種の地
金除去装置を多数準備することは実際的ではな
く、多数の異る容量・寸法のタンデイツシユを一
手に処理することのできる融通性もしくは可転性
ある1台もしくは少数のタンデイツシユ処理装置
を使用することが得索なことは明白である。本考
案は連鋳工場のタンデイツシユ地金除去作業に起
るこの種の問題の解決に役立つものである。
