類を取付けている板部材である。6は中空主軸
で、ブツシユ7で受けられ、上下動および回転を
するようになつていて、前記板部材5を固定して
いる。そして中空主軸6の中心部には線材押え4
を駆動させるシヤフト8が通つている。このシヤ
フト8には外周に溝カムおよび上面にもカム溝を
有する円筒状部材9がキーで連結されている。こ
の円筒状部材9を上下させる役目をするのが本体
12に固定されたカムフオロア10である。また
円筒状部材9には曲げ力を伝達するピン11が通
つている。このピン11をガイドにしながら円筒
状部材9は上下する。13は回転力を発生させる
駆動源で、前記ピン11が連結されている。14

の連結(第4図と第5図参照)になつており、ボ
ール14が摩擦で中空主軸6を回転させないよう

45度の間では、上昇のみを行ない、回転はしな
い。これまでの一連の動作で、上に待つている線
材aに溝1をセツトさせる。この状態で線材押え
4は45度回転する。つぎの回転45度から90度では
円筒状部材9は外周の溝カムが水平上にあるた
め、上昇をしないで、回転だけをする。このた
め、円筒状部材9に連結されたシヤフト8に設け
られた線材押え4は完全に線材aに蓋をしてクラ
ンプをしているようになる。この状態では、中空
主軸6と円筒状部材9のカム溝は連結されていな
い。つぎの回転90度から、始めて中空主軸6と円
筒状部材9のカム溝が連結されるため、中空主軸
