形成したポンプ装置において、前記ロータが回転
することにより吐出される圧油を送出する吐出経
路より前記吸入路へ連通口を設け、前記吐出経路
にはダイヤフラムを設けて両側にこれによつて密
封分離された2つの圧力室を形成するとともにこ
のダイヤフラムの一側面に形成された第2の圧力
室に前記ダイヤフラムを第1の作動室側に押圧し
て前記連通口を閉塞するように作用するスプリン
グを介挿し、また前記ダイヤフラムに前記第1と
第2の圧力室とを連通する複数のオリフイスを形
成し、このダイヤフラムを両端の流体圧力差に応
答して第1の圧力室と吸入路とを連通するように
変位させるとともに前記複数のオリフイスの開口
面積を変化させる絞り突部を前記第2の圧力室に
形成したことを特徴とするポンプ装置。
