Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 収容する液化溶剤をヒータにより加熱してガス
化し精密洗浄に供するオープン型精密洗浄槽にお
いて、 収容する溶剤の液面に被さるキヤツプを一定の
高さに設け、 このキヤツプの天井壁に溶剤ガスの流出を制限
するオリフイスを形成し、 キヤツプが被さつている範囲の液位を検出する
手段と、 検出液位に応じてヒータへの通電を制御する制
御手段とを備えた ことを特徴とするオープン型精密洗浄槽における
溶剤加熱制御装置。
