Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 48-3673 discloses a device equipped with a circulation fan 203 and a circulation fan 203 and configured to handle a sample through gloves 209 in clean air. However, these devices have a problem in that workability is poor because the sample is handled through gloves fixed to the device. Therefore, the use of these devices has been limited to cases where extremely dangerous samples are handled. In the process of solving these problems, a technique of using an air curtain to insulate the working opening has been studied, and as an example, as shown in FIG. A clean workbench configured to form an air curtain airflow through the duct part of the shutter 317 and to be sucked in from the suction port 310 together with the remaining clean air that has flowed through the workroom 301.
It is disclosed in Publication No. 34959. The clean workbench shown in FIG. 3 has shutters 3 on both sides of the workroom 301.
17 is provided so that air curtains are formed on both sides. With such equipment, multiple workers can work together,
It also has the advantage of being able to work without using gloves that are fixed to the equipment, which improves work efficiency. There is a risk that the sample attached to the worker may be taken out of the workbench. In addition, it is necessary to supply the air volume for the air curtains installed on both sides of the workbench, and even if only one side is used, the equipment must ensure the air volume for both sides of the air curtains, which increases the size of the equipment. There are problems in that it is heavy and uneconomical for the user.
