ス体を供給して上記吸引口12で負圧を生じさせ
るべく上記吸引管3の先端側に取着されるガス供
給管6と、上記吸引管3の基端側を挿入する挿入
口22を有する加工粉分離筒体5とを設け、この
加工粉分離筒体5内部には、上記吸引管3の基端
から流出するガス体の流通方向を下方へと変更す
る傾斜面23と、この傾斜面23によつて下方へ
と向かうガス体が液面に衝突する液槽27とを設
け、さらに上記加工粉分離筒体5に、液面に衝突
したガス体を外部に流出させるための排出口22
