流出口をそれぞれ設け更に一端部の中心部に気体
排出口を設けた気泡集合装置の上記流入口を接続
し、上記気泡集合装置の液体流出口を上記真空槽
の液体中に戻すよう配管を設けると共に、気泡集
合装置の下流側に背圧を与えるために該配管の途
中に流体抵抗付与機構を備え、上記気泡集合装置
の気体排出口を放気管を介して真空槽の液体液面
高さ位置近傍に接続したことを特徴とする真空脱
