Claims (1)
- 複写機本体に対し、圧板、自動原稿送り装置の
各々を交換自在に設けるか若しくは自動原稿送り
装置を圧板として兼用的に設け、一方、複写機本
体のコンタクトガラス上の原稿を照明走査するた
めの原稿走査光学系に、原稿サイズ幅検知センサ
と原稿サイズ長さ検知センサをそれぞれ一体的に
設け、平生、前記原稿走査光学系を、コンタクト
ガラス上原稿に対する走査開始前の位置に停止さ
せておき、自動原稿送り装置使用時に、原稿走査
光学系を前記位置から走査終了側の位置の近傍ま
で移動させて停止せしめ、この位置でコンタクト
ガラスへ自動送りされる原稿の幅及び長さを前記
各センサでそれぞれ検出し、圧板使用時に、原稿
走査光学系が走査終了側の位置から復動するとき
に、コンタクトガラス上原稿の幅及び長さを前記
各センサでそれぞれ検出することを特徴とする複
写機の原稿サイズ自動検出装置。
