線インダクタ組立体に於て、電気絶縁材料よりな
る筒状巻芯の両端に鍔を設け、一方の鍔にはピン
端子台にかん合する突出部を設けたコイルボビン
と、電気絶縁材料に複数のピンを植設し、コイル
ボビンの鍔に設けてある突出部とかん合する溝と
、突出部を収める突片を設けてある二つのピン端
子台と、ピン端子台の対向するピン端子間にはコ
イルを形成するための巻線材を、予め巻線材の端
末をピン端子にからめ半田付けし、二つのピン端
子台間に張つた巻線材をボビン巻芯に所定巻数巻
回し、二つのピン端子台の溝とコイルボビンの突
出部をかん合接着して一体とし、巻線材のたるみ
は接着剤等で固定して多巻線コイルを形成し、ボ
ビンのコア挿入穴に分割コアを挿入して構成した
