替えるべく制御信号を出力する制御信号発生部と
、前記発光素子が「暗」の状態で発光していると
きの受光素子の受光レベルを基準値と比較して基
準値を下回つた場合に警報信号を出力するレベル
ダウン検出部とからなり、前記「暗」の状態にお
ける発光量は、前記受光素子が無遮蔽状態で前記
しきい値を上回るレベルを出力し得る発光量に設
定され、前記前レベルダウン検出部における基準
値は、前記しきい値と一致させられたことを特徴
