Claims (1)
- 筒体の基端部側に接眼レンズを、先端部側に中
空体内に挿入される魚眼レンズをそれぞれ設け、
前記筒体の内部には複数のレンズを設け、さらに
筒体の周壁内部には、筒体の軸線に沿つて延びる
光フアイバを周方向に複数本埋設し、該光フアイ
バの基端部に光源を接続し、先端部を前記魚眼レ
ンズの周辺部から前記光源の光を前記中空体の内
壁面に沿つて照射し得るよう末広がり状に開放し
、前記魚眼レンズの光軸の所定位置に遮蔽部材を
設けたことを特徴とする中空体の内壁面検査装置
。
