通路をそれぞれ接続されている作動室と、作動室
に互いに平行に立設されている一対の支軸と、両
支軸にそれぞれ回転自在に嵌合されて支承されて
おり、互いに噛合されている一対の非円形歯車と
、少なくとも一方の非円形歯車の回転を検出する
検出手段とを備えている非円形歯車式流量計にお
いて、前記支軸の表面に耐食性および耐摩耗性を
有する被膜が、金属材料を用いて物理蒸着法によ
り形成されていることを特徴とする非円形歯車式
流量計。 (2) 支軸の母材がオーステナイト系ステンレス
により形成され、被膜がチタン系材料を用いてイ
オンプレーテイング法により形成されていること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載
の非円形歯車式流量計。 (3) 支軸の母材がチタン系材料により形成され
