DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a stopper for a liquor container in which the entire stopper or the stem of the stopper is made of barrel wood.

(Conventional technology and problems) Traditionally, sake is placed in barrels made of wood such as white oak (hereinafter referred to as bedding material), aged by breathing through the bedding material, and then placed in containers such as bottles. It was on sale.

However, once the sake was taken out of the barrel and placed in a container such as a bottle, there was no longer any contact between the sake and the bedding material, and the aging stopped because the sake could no longer breathe through the bedding material. Therefore, in order to enjoy aging and make even more delicious sake at home, small barrel containers have been made, but barrels require advanced technology to manufacture and are largely manual labor by skilled workers, making them difficult to mass-produce. This makes it expensive, and the selling price is also very high. Furthermore, no one had thought of allowing fermentation to take place in a commercially available container such as a bottle. Therefore, by making the stopper with aging material, the present invention is much cheaper than making barrels, and anyone can easily age sake by simply replacing the stopper while leaving it in a commercially available container such as a bottle. The present invention provides a stopper for a sake container that can be closed.

(Operations and Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention has the above-described structure, by simply replacing the stopper of the container containing liquor with the stopper of the liquor container of the present invention and closing it, the liquor can breathe through the stopper. mature. The bottom of the stem absorbs alcohol and expands, so make it thinner than the mouth of the bottle. This stopper allows each individual to achieve a level of ripeness that suits their taste, and aging can be stopped by replacing the original stopper. As described above, in the present invention, aging can be carried out using a conventional commercially available container or a suitable container by simply replacing the stopper. What's more, you can achieve the maturity level that suits your tastes, allowing you to enjoy your own sake. In addition, stoppers are easier to manufacture than barrels and can be produced in large quantities through machining, so they can be supplied to the market at low cost.

b) The stem 3 of the stopper of the liquor container of the present invention is made to have an appropriate length. The longer the length, the better, as the maturation speed will be increased by increasing the area of the lower part of the stem 4 that comes into contact with the liquor.

c) The mandrel 3 is roughened to increase the surface area and speed up ripening. Ripening can be accelerated by providing the mandrel 3 with unevenness as shown in FIG. 4 or by making it plate-shaped.

2) As shown in FIG. 5, by using a large number of stoppers of the liquor container of the present invention in a large container, it can be used for large-scale aging instead of a conventional barrel.

Since producing barrels is expensive, the present invention can be used to reduce costs even when aging a large amount of alcoholic beverages. Furthermore, the speed of ripening can be adjusted by adjusting the number and length of stoppers used in the container.
