Claims (1)
- 扉等の可動体と該可動体が取付く本体とのうち
何れか一方には係合部を、他方には回動自在に枢
着されたラツチ爪をそれぞれ設け、前記ラツチ爪
を係合部に対して係合自在に構成して成るラツチ
装置において、前記ラツチ爪の枢着部と当該ラツ
チ爪が取付く可動体又は本体との間に、帯状弾性
板の一端部を略Ｕ字状に折曲して成る付勢体を配
設し、該付勢体の基端部を、前記可動体又は本体
に係止する一方、前記付勢体の先端を、前記ラツ
チ爪に対して、前記ラツチ爪の係合解除方向への
回動にて当該付勢体の先端が基端部に接近する方
向に押圧されるようにして係止したことを特徴と
するラツチ装置におけるラツチ爪の付勢装置。
