[Problems in the Background Art] Conventional cleaning equipment is designed to clean the walls of reactor wells and equipment storage pits by suspending the cleaning equipment with a crane or the like and moving the cleaning equipment along the wall. Ta. Therefore, the adhesion between the cleaning device and the wall surface was poor, and there were often wall surfaces that the cleaning brush did not come into contact with. Therefore, it was difficult to perform the cleaning work smoothly, and a lot of work time was required. Along with that,
The work of lifting and moving the cleaning equipment using a crane was extremely troublesome, and the operability of the work was poor. Furthermore, it requires a relatively large crane and has the disadvantage of occupying a dedicated crane installed above the reactor well.

The wall cleaning device of the present invention has a guide rail 2 positioned along the wall. A plurality of suction cups 3 are attached to the guide rail 2, and a suction source 4 is connected to the suction cups 3 so that the suction cups 3 are removably suctioned to a wall surface. Furthermore, the cleaning device main body 7 having the wall surface cleaning means 6 is guided by the guide rail 2. The cleaning device main body 7 is suspended by a hoisting device 8 and raised and lowered. Therefore, according to this device, the cleaning device main body 7 is guided by the guide rail 2 adsorbed to the wall surface 1, and the rotating brush 6 of the device main body 7 comes into close contact with the wall surface 1, so that the wall surface 1 can be easily and quickly cleaned. can. At the same time, since the cleaning device main body 7 can be moved up and down guided by the guide rail 2,
The movement of the cleaning device main body 7 is extremely easy;
This makes the device easy to operate.

FIG. 1 is an elevational view of the cleaning device of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line A--A in FIG. As is clear from the figure, this device includes a guide rail 2 and a cleaning device main body 7. The guide rail 2 is made up of two C channels arranged in parallel at a constant interval by a spacer 9, and a plurality of suction cups 3 are fixedly installed on the non-opening side of the C channels. At the same time, the upper end of the C channel is supported by the carriage 16 so as to be slightly slidable only in the direction of the arrow. Air pipes 10 are attached to each of the C channels along the sides thereof. Then, the air pipe 10 and the plurality of suction cups 3 are communicated with each other. The suction cup 3 is formed into a dish shape, and at least the periphery of its opening is made of an airtight elastic material such as rubber. Further, the upper end of the air pipe 10 is connected to a vacuum pump serving as an adsorption source 4. The adsorption source 4 is placed on a horizontal surface located at the upper end of the wall surface 1 as shown in FIG. Further, the cleaning device main body 7 is attached to a flat frame 11, and connecting members 12 are attached to both ends of the frame 11 so as to be perpendicular to the frame 11. Sliders 13 are fixed to both ends of the connecting member 12, and the sliders 13 are slidably locked in the opening of the C channel, which is the guide rail 2.
Further, a drive motor 5 is provided at the center of the cleaning device main body 7, and rotating brushes serving as cleaning means 6 are attached to both ends of the rotating shaft 14, respectively. The cleaning device main body 7 is suspended by a wire 15, and the wire 15 is suspended around a hoisting device 8 placed on a flat surface located at the upper end of the wall surface 1. Note that the hoisting device 8 and the vacuum pump serving as the suction source 4 are placed on a movable trolley 16.

First, the device is grounded as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the vacuum pump serving as the suction source 4 is driven, and the guide rail 2 is firmly suctioned to the wall surface 1 by the suction cup 3. Then, the drive motor 5 is driven by remote control to rotate the rotary brush. Then, the cleaning device main body 7 is sequentially moved downward from the upper end of the wall surface 1 by the hoisting device 8. Next, when the cleaning device main body 7 reaches the lower end of the wall surface 1, the negative pressure in the suction cup 3 is released by the suction source 4 or the switching valve to atmospheric pressure. Then, the cart 16 is moved to horizontally move the guide rail 2 along the wall surface 1. Note that the guide rail 2 may be moved using a crane or the like. Next, the suction cup 3 is made to have a negative pressure again, and the guide rail 2 is suctioned to the wall surface 1. Then, in the same manner as described above, the wall surface 1 is cleaned from the top to the bottom by the cleaning device main body 7. In addition, in the present invention, the length of the bristles of the rotating brush serving as the cleaning means 6 is relatively long, and the axis of rotation thereof is maintained horizontally, so that if the wall surface 1 is used as an analogy, the protrusions as shown in FIG. 17 or even if there are recesses (not shown), the bristles of the rotating brush can clean the recesses and recesses corresponding to the recesses.

Note that the present invention is of course not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, and for example, in this embodiment, the suction cup 3
was attracted to the wall surface 1 by negative pressure, but if the wall surface 1 is made of a magnetic material such as steel, the suction cup 3 can be an electromagnetic disk. Further, in the suction cup 3, which is an electromagnet, a DC power source is used as the suction source 4 instead of the vacuum pump that is the suction source 4 of the first embodiment.
Further, in the above embodiment, two C channels are arranged in parallel at regular intervals for the guide rail, but a single steel pipe or the like may be used instead. Further, the wall surface cleaning means 6 is not limited to a rotating brush, but a cleaning nozzle may also be used. Furthermore, the cleaning means may be configured by a combination of the cleaning nozzle and a rotating brush. Further, a guide roller may be used instead of the slider 13.

In this device, a guide rail 2 is removably suction-fixed to a wall surface 1 by a suction cup 3. The cleaning device main body 7 is guided by the guide rail 2 and moves up and down. Therefore, since the cleaning device main body 7 moves while the cleaning device main body 7 and the wall surface 1 are always in close contact with each other, there is an effect that the wall surface 1 can be thoroughly cleaned easily and quickly. Moreover, since the main body 7 of the cleaning device is guided by the guide rail 2, the main body 7 of the cleaning device can be moved by simply rotating the hoisting device 8, and the main body 7 of the cleaning device can be moved to the wall surface 1.
can be washed. Therefore, it is possible to provide a cleaning device that is extremely easy to operate and has good operability. Also, since it does not require a crane etc.
It does not interfere with other operations that require the crane.
