と、前記本体部１頂部に冠着されたキヤツプ状で
あつて、周壁１３の前部、後部及び頂壁１４の後
半部を切欠き、頂壁１４前半部を前記注出筒１２
注出口の口栓とし、この口栓１４から注出筒１２
背面に沿う垂下板１５を垂下し、この垂下板１５
の下端から支点となる肉薄ヒンジ１６を介し、注
出筒１２中間部背面に接した基端１７から立上つ
て後方に延び、前記ドーム体１０上面部に位置す
る操作レバー１８を延設した操作部材３と、前記
胴体５に気密にかつ上下摺動可能に内嵌された底
