Claims (1)
- パラフイン溶融槽と、セラミツク板状素子に半
田付けされている端子を把持するチヤツクを回動
し得るように水平方向に向けて装着した素子反転
装置と、ヒータを装着したパラフイン移送ピンを
懸架し、かつ前記パラフイン移送ピンを前記パラ
フイン溶融槽と前記セラミツク板状素子間に亘つ
て移動し得ると共に上下動し得るように構成され
たピン移動装置とからなるパラフイン塗布装置。
