[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a firework tube, and is characterized in that a decorative pattern is applied to the outer surface of the firework tube using foaming ink, and this pattern is made to foam using the combustion heat of the fireworks. It is.

Usually, fireworks are made of paper tubes filled with gunpowder, and when the gunpowder is ignited, the gunpowder is combusted and the resulting flames, smoke, and sounds are enjoyed. Therefore, the gunpowder itself does not change in any way during the combustion of the gunpowder, and merely functions as a holder for the gunpowder. Therefore, after the fireworks are used, they are immediately thrown away as unnecessary.

Among the above-mentioned fireworks, for example, smoke fireworks called "enmaku" are used in bright places during the day.In particular, these fireworks have a longer burning time than other fireworks, and they are not packed into the tube. As combustion residue remains, the heat is gradually transferred to the surface of the cylinder, raising the surface temperature to around 200 to 400 degrees Celsius.

This invention uses foam ink to create a decorative pattern on the surface of a firework's tube, and this pattern is made to foam by the heat from burning the firework, thereby giving the pattern a three-dimensional change. In particular, the present inventor believes that if a foamed ink coating is heated at a temperature of about 80°C, it will expand uniformly to a thickness of about 1 mm, but if it is heated to a temperature of 200°C or higher, the coating film will expand to a thickness of about 1 mm. It was discovered that the foaming ratio of the foam increases significantly, and that it expands irregularly and exhibits a surface and sliding pattern.
Based on this knowledge, a decorative pattern was applied to the firework tube using foam ink, and the fireworks were ignited or emitted smoke, and the expansion of the foam ink could be seen. This is a modified version of a used fire cylinder that can be reused as a toy.

Reference numeral 1 in the figure is a fire cylinder, which is formed using a paper tube, and is filled with a predetermined amount of gunpowder. There are no particular limitations on the dimensions or wall thickness of the fire tube 1, but the main thing is that it can be filled with a predetermined amount of gunpowder and that it will not deform or break when the gunpowder is burned. is required, usually an outer diameter of 10 to 50 mmφ,
A paper tube with a wall thickness of about 1 to 2 mm is used.

A suitable decorative pattern 2 is applied to the surface of the fire tube 1. It is important to select objects that appear in this decorative pattern 2 that have unevenness on at least a part of their surface; for example, to draw a monster, etc., foam ink should be applied especially to the uneven parts. It is.

That is, when done in this way, the pattern 2 on the fire cylinder 1 appears to be no different from an ordinary printed pattern before the firework is used, but after the gunpowder is ignited, the portion coated with the foaming ink expands due to the heat of combustion, and begins to present an uneven pattern, changing into a more three-dimensional one.

In particular, with smoke fireworks, the gunpowder burns more slowly than other types of fireworks, and combustion residue remains in the flame tube, so even after the gunpowder burns out, the combustion heat gradually becomes residual heat from the combustion residue. It is transmitted to the surface of the fire tube 1. Therefore, you can hold it in your hand and see how the decorative pattern gradually expands and changes due to the heat, and in addition to the interest of seeing a two-dimensional pattern change into a three-dimensional pattern, it also has a dynamic interest. As a result, the fire tube 1 can be used as a toy other than fireworks, and the effectiveness of its use is further enhanced.
