    係留される浮遊構造物であつて、 該浮遊構造物が、少なくとも、中央に上下に配
    設された浮力塔部と、その下端周辺で平面的に拡
    がる棚部と、該棚部の周縁部から下方に突設した
    スカート部とから構成されていることを特徴とす
    る一点係留の浮遊構造物。
