Claims (1)
入射窓および前記光電面の周囲の真空外囲器部分
が金属で構成されてなる電子管において、上記光
電面の周囲近傍の真空外囲器内で且つ光電面の構
成材料が飛着し得る位置に、光入力窓をもつ気密
容器内に半導体素子が収納されてなる半導体光セ
ンサを配設してなることを特徴とする光電面を有
する電子管。 (2) 光電面の周囲近傍に設けられた管内電極の
一部に透孔を設け、半導体光センサを該電極の裏
側で且つ前記透孔と半導体光センサの光入力窓と
を合致させて固定してなる実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項記載の光電面を有する電子管。 (3) 半導体光センサを固定した電極の外部引出
端子に前記半導体光センサの出力リード線を共通
に電気的に接続してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲
