値との比較により、ラジエータ水温が同基準値以
上であるか否かを判断する判断装置とを備えると
ともに、この判断装置を、少なくともエンジン始
動時のエンジン水温が上記設定値より低い場合に
は、エンジン水温が上記サーモスタツトの開閉設
定温度より高くなつた時点でラジエータ水温が設
定値以上であると判断するように構成したことを
